About our Childrens course
Is your child afraid to fly? We run two fear of flying courses specifically designed for children and young people depending on their age.
The workshop is hosted by our professional counselling team, Donna Allright and Jane Whybrow, with over 40 years experience between them in helping young people and include input from a British Airways pilot. A DBS checked adult is present at all times. Our bespoke programme of interactive group work, education, self awareness and a variety of coping strategies and techniques have proved extremely successful for many years. It is our aim to demystify the technical aspects of air travel and empower young people to accept, reduce or completely overcome their individual fear or anxiety in a cultivated secure environment.
