About our Private course
This day is the ultimate course to cure your fear of flying. It offers the highest level of personal attention, addressing your specific concerns about flying to enable you to fly without fear in a totally discreet environment. By spending one to one time in consultation with one of our most experienced Captains and with one of our phobia expert psychotherapists, you will be offered the highest level of care and counselling to address your phobia. This course has a 100% track record for curing individuals of their fear of flying, enabling them to start a new chapter in their life, and start flying with confidence.
You will spend around two hours each with our psychologist and Captain, before being accompanied with our psychotherapist* on two scheduled BA domestic flights, during which you will be able to put into practice everything you have learned during the day. A signed copy of our published "Flying with Confidence" book is included in the price of the course.

Please note that if a person decides, following the outbound flight from London, that they are unable to take the return flight, it is the sole responsibility of that person to arrange alternative travel back to London.
*the quoted price includes return Euro Traveller seats accompanied by the psychotherapist, however you may pay to upgrade to Club Europe seats and / or the option to have a pilot sat with you on the flights as well as the psychotherapist.
Company Courses
Many companies require their employees to fly on business trips, which can create considerable stress and anxiety for those people who worry about flying. We offer specially designed courses for companies who want to help their staff overcome their fears. These can be held either at your company premises or at facilities local to you, and they include a presentation by both a Captain and a psychologist.

Primary course includes technical and psychology sessions at the London Heathrow T5 Sofitel hotel, followed by a flight.

Primary plus course has a maximum group of 10 people with your dedicated staff all day. Please note, if you wish to bring someone with you using the “Flight Only” option, because of the logistics on board you may not be sat with a pilot or psychologist on your row.

Our “ground only” course covers all of the same information as our other courses such as turbulence, pilot training and much more, along with some psychological help to understand “fight or flight” and how to reduce your anxiety leading up to and during a flight. Not having a flight at the end of the day allows you to focus on all the information without the distraction of worrying.
