Our primary course is divided into morning (technical) and afternoon (psychological) sessions before we take a short flight aboard a BA jet (normally used on our short haul network) accompanied by our team of pilots, cabin crew and psychologists along with the normal operating BA pilots and cabin crew. During the flight, an extra pilot on the flight deck gives a running commentary explaining the various phases of the flight and just what is happening.

Our Primary Plus option is now available at all Heathrow Primary courses. This course is aimed at people who would like to be in a smaller group. The Primary Plus course runs on the same day and uses the same flight as the Primary course but is limited to a maximum group size of just 12 people.

Captain Steve Allright will then present the course which has helped many thousands of people over the last 35 years with a combination of knowledge about flying and an understanding about phobias and how to reduce anxiety.
All participants will receive a copy of the Flying with Confidence book to take away and consolidate the learning on the day.
